Our 4-Week program focuses on: -Cutting, jumping, and landing mechanics (ACL risk reduction) -Deceleration mechanics -Squat and lunge mechanics -Core and hip stability training -Balance and body control development -Strengthening muscles that protect growing joints -Safe, age-appropriate strength and power progressions, individualized for athletes. -Individual feedback and coaching cues for technique, form and mechanics. We help your athlete get stronger, improve performance, and stay on the field! Ages: U11-U19 Duration: 4 Weeks Time: 5-6 Location: Sacramento United Performance Center, 4300 82nd Street Sacramento, CA Price: $180 To sign up chose April 17th date. This will automatically enroll your athlete into all four dates. Limited spots for small group ratios and quality instruction
